Who it is for

UK creator and influencer agencies, creator platforms, publishers and media companies, and companies that use creator content commercially or alongside AI. The usual buyer is a head of creator partnerships, influencer marketing, legal, policy or content, or the founder of a smaller organisation.

Why now

The UK government's March 2026 statement on copyright and AI says it has no preferred option, so the policy position is still being developed. Separately, the ASA's August 2025 report found 34% of the influencer ads it reviewed on Instagram and TikTok carried no disclosure. These facts describe the environment. They do not mean any organisation is non-compliant, and this review does not assess legal compliance.

How it works

  1. You confirm the scope and pay the invoice (100% upfront).
  2. You send your creator terms, policies and relevant documents.
  3. We deliver the review within five working days of receiving both.
  4. We hold the readout call.

What this is not

DCU is not a law firm, a regulator or a collecting society. The review is an independent creator-rights impact assessment. It is not legal advice, does not certify compliance and does not guarantee any legal outcome. Where an issue needs legal advice, we flag it and recommend you consult qualified counsel.

Optional add-on

After the review, a quarterly refresh at ?500 + VAT covers regulatory and creator-rights developments and updated recommendations.
