No guaranteed outcome
DCU does not guarantee payment, a licence deal, legal representation, platform agreement or any particular outcome. Any future activity depends on member approval, written mandates, counterparties, eligibility and applicable law.
Rights and mandates
Membership does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights, copyright, personal data or other rights to DCU. Any mandate or licence authority requires a separate written agreement that clearly identifies the rights, uses, duration and safeguards.
Website changes
DCU may update this website, its documents and its proposed programmes as the initiative develops. The current status notice and page-specific wording should be read together.
